Formation P.O.E.C. Vente par le GEIQ Archipel Guadeloupe.

Le GEIQ Guadeloupe a mis en place une session de Formation de “Préparation Opérationnelle à l’Emploi Collective”, section Vente, en partenariat avec Objectif insertion, Pôle emploi et AKTO.
Un groupe de 10 stagiaires se réunit sur un volume de 105 h ( 3 semaines de 35 h) pour une «préparation» avant contrat.
Il ne s’agit pas d’une période d’essai, mais bien d’un stage financé par le Pôle emploi avec maintien des indemnités du Pôle emploi .
Les stagiaires se réunissent chaque jour dans une salle dédiée à cette formation et reçoivent des informations sur plusieurs sujets :
- L’entreprise et le secteur de la distribution en guadeloupe
- Le contrat de travail (différence entre stagiaire et salarié)
- Le rythme d’alternance – comment réussir son alternance
- Le savoir être et le comportement – quelques outils de communication
A l’issue de cette période de stage, les conventions seront transformées en « contrat de travail » sur des postes de conseillers-vendeurs en magasin .
Le secteur du bricolage (Groupe Sercom) a fait appel à ce service auprès du GEIQ afin d’avoir de meilleurs profils et les intégrer dans leurs magasins.
